Welcome!

This is my personal blog on labour and employment law. It is intended to be a resource for both my students at the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto and for those generally interested in the subject. Over the next few weeks, there will be some changes and additions to the site as I retool it a little bit. Thanks for following!

I have worked in the field of labour relations in various capacities since 1992. I continue to earn my living as a labour relations professional providing strategic labour relations advice to the University of Toronto. In addition, I teach graduate students at the University of Toronto's Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources. I happen to be really lucky; I love labour and employment law and I work with it every day and teach about it in my spare time. Please join the conversation!
